Jengo la chini, limekodiwa au linamilikiwa kwa nguvu za wanachama wa chama hicho.
Na tofauti hii ndiyo inakitofautisha CCM na vyama vingine kwa kila kitu. Mali nyingi za CCM zimetokana na nguvu ya wananchi. Tatizo liliopo ni CCM kutamba kuwa ni mali zake halali. Hizi ni mali za wananchi.
