dah thats not true technically speaking, neautralization ya strong mineral acids( hydrochloric, sulphuric,nirtic etc) na strong alkalis such sodium or potasium hydoxides ni a highly exorthemic reaction giving out almost 55kilojoules of energy( per equivalent amounts of acid na hyo base) , kufanya such a reaction on top of your skin is more likely to cause extreme harm. la kufanya ukiwa spilled with the tindikali...u have to rinse or wash the affected part with alot of water, thats an immediate measure to be taken. or you may neutralise with a somehow weaker base notably 'milk of magnesia or magnesium hydroxide, then followed with washing them out with alot of water. then you may see a doctor, this applies to both mild and acute cases...kwamaana kwa mtu alimwagiwa usoni, may be machoni na ngozi au nywele au any where else.
