in Bukoba came running to me today telling me a story: Three soldiers, with two guns two Natural resources officers and a driver came to me telling me to pay for a machines registration. I am used to pay 260,000/= but they need 589,000/=. That it has been increased but without notice. I told them to give me a day but they refused. They went away with two employees and a machine part they believe it cant work without. I told them to take me but they said if we take you who will come to pay? look for money and come for them. Mzee it resembles the video show you were showing us about The Day of the Jackle. It seems these people are collecting money to pay a killer! they have invaded all of us and went away with people'
i smiled loudly and assisted to solve the problem. Such businesses terolised every other time_ mara mbio za mwenge; mara nini cant survive
