Niliandika ujumbe "mkali" ila nimeamua nisiutume kwasababu hauta saidia.
Kwanza umenitusi mimi kwa kufananisha tangazo nililotoa na "scam". Asante!!

Kwa taarifa yako, mimi siyo "yahoo-yahoo boy" wala "scammer". Mimi ni mtu wa heshima zangu. Siwezi kujihusisha na maskamu hata siku moja. Tena naomba unitake radhi, tafadhari.

Pili umeamini "findings" za mtu mwingine aliyehamasisha kufanya mazoezi na siyo kutumia dawa kwakuwa "it costs you nothing".

Unataka wafe vitandani?

Kutokana na yote yaliyotokea kuanzia nilipotuma lile tangazo, naomba mnisamehe. Limenishuka mie!!!

Nimekomaje!

Hello Soraya and Felix and everyone,

I'm really happy to see Soraya questioning this miracle medicine claim! I think she's absolutely right that it's a scam. It fulfills two of the characteristics of scams: 1) it's written in capital letters, 2) it claims to have miraculous effects but without giving any kind of evidence, references or even explanations, 3) it wants you to pay a lot of money for this unvalidated benefit.

Just to inform people, this miracle medicine announcement is also false because  there's no way to reduce 'belly fat'. If you lose fat (by consuming more calories than you take in) it will reduce fat all over your body - there is no way (aside from liposuction) to remove fat from just one part of the body. I learned this from reading the book by public health professor Tim Caulfield, "The Cure for Everything: Untangling the twisted messages about health, fitness and happiness". He's done plenty of research. Other interesting health facts from the book include: 1) it's really difficult to burn fat by exercise. So if you want to lose weight, the best way is to eat less normal food (and no junk food, sodas, sweets, deep fried stuff); 2) when you do exercise - which you should, because it keeps you healthy and happy - it's best to do hard exercise and resistance training and you don't need to do it for a long time - there's not much point going on long jogs and yoga, except for the enjoyment; 3) also there are no miracle diets; and 4) 'alternative medicine' doesn't work, while mainstream pharmaceuticals companies twist the research to sell their medicines.  This guy's done the hard work of researching how to get fit on our behalf, I can recommend it.

Happy training!

Linda
