The link you gave me is based on English which is the language we're trying to learn to pronounce to begin with. that's why I've been using Swahili as a base for illustration.
Why don't you just ignore those topics and let those who are actually learning something new look at them?

About Kethi: There's a lot of open rumour going on in bars in Westland that Jubiliars went to great lengths to delete every indication that Kethi was registered. How else were they very adamant from the word Go that Kethi was not registered? How? You Jubiliars have a case to answer.

Or just give them the address/link I gave you yonks ago where they can hear how to pronounce English properly instead of conning them with meaningless verbiage?

Roz,
You're a White Brit so these lessons are not meant for someone like you. They are meant for people who are facing challenges pronouncing these words or maybe just not sure of the correct way.
English is not our first language and we just learn it at school through some teachers that can sometimes really massacre simple pronunciations. I had a teacher in primary school who would pronounce:
MINUTE (as in 60 seconds)     as  M-EE-NUT    (or using Swahili, M-I-N-A-T) 
I get a lot of private mail from people who just want to confirm a word here and there.

An Ultimatum is a deadline. If I give you an ultimatum, that means I am giving you a deadline to do or finish a certain task, failure of which will attract some penalty or punishment.
UTLIMATUM
The British say:     A- L-T- I- M- E-T- A- M
Americans say:     O- L-T- I- M- E- D- A- M                                 (the D here is halfway between T and D but closer to D)
I hope this helps those who aspire to speak like the British or Americans.
