I guess you are right. One has to be very in secure indeed to want to talk like Americans or the British. The best comparison? I'm sure all of us Kenyans would like to speak Kiswahili like Tanzanians !!!!! Ama ?

This week's word is ULTIMATUM
An Ultimatum is a deadline. If I give you an
ultimatum, that means I am giving you a deadline to do or
finish a certain task, failure of which will attract some
penalty or punishment.
UTLIMATUM
The British say: A-
L-T- I- M- E-T- A- M
Americans say: O-
L-T- I- M- E- D- A- M
(the D here is halfway between T and D but closer to D)
I hope this helps those who aspire to speak like the
British or Americans.
