I fully agree with you. This afternoon I walked through General Post Office here in Dar. I saw a private Security guard, roaming around with a loaded SMG. When you see the way he is handling the weapon, you simply become scared. It's high time for our police force to do closely monitoring of all these mushrooming private security companies.

Yes, We Need National Guards, and for the moment we have TPDF and The Police Force. These are organized forces. Our national guards, and that is what we need, as a nation. And Mgambo and JKT has always been our organized militia, a reserve army. We Need No More!
Please, put it in our new constitution.
