You, most probably, as usual,
are yet to know that the decision to host ANC bases in Tanzania was an
OAU decision! Certainly, the logistical common sense based on
proximity must, too, be uncommon to what you treat as your common
sense! I must, as well, be asking for too much to inquire of you
whether you are aware that ANC had an official office in Nairobi!!!
What might you know of "PAC", and were its members not allowed access
and sojourn in Kenya???!!!
