You are absolutely spot on!!! However, Raila
himself, realizing that the Luo are SHEEP, should help in that regard
by not encouraging the hallucination that he is poised to be
President; which he ought to know, by now, is a pipe dream!!! He
should prime his Luo robots to accept that the dream is over and move
on!!!
