Your background is very impressive and your knowledge, training and experience are very impressive too. You really should have no trouble at all finding something in your field.

However, let me point out 2 things:

1.  Your cover letter (what you have in the main e-mail here) is too long. A cover letter should not be more than 3 short paragraphs. You don't want a potential employer getting tired of reading in the middle of your cover letter.

2. Your resume/CV is extremely long. A resume/CV should not be more than 2 pages.

My advice is: find someone who specializes in making resumes/CVs and get some professional help to make a 2-page resume. The one you have here is too long and will end up in the trash-bin the moment a potential employer sees it.

Think of a job application as a seduction process; you don't tell the girl everything about you on the first day. You give an overall picture and the details come later and gradually. The purpose of a cover letter and a resume/CV is to get you an interview. It's the interview that gets you the job so it's at the interview where you give the details of your knowledge, training and experience.

oh yeah, please always ensure that you proof-read and edit your cover letter and cv so that there are no spelling, grammatical or syntax errors.
