There are some reports coming out of Radio 1 Stereo in Tanzania that 11 youths have been arrested in a forest in Mtwara in southern Tanzania. They were found with 25 Al-Qaeda/Al Shaabab instruction CDs !!  Plus an assortment of weapons  and a stash of varieties of food. This means they were planning to be here for an extended period of time.

Here is the actual Radio report:Vijana 11 wamekamatwa wakiwa wanafanya mazoezi ndani ya msitu wa Makolionga mkoani Mtwara, huku wakiwa na CD 25 zenye mafunzo mbali mbali toka kundi la kigaidi la Al Qaeda na Al Shaabab. Pia wamekutwa na zana tofauti za hatari pamoja na vyakula vya aina mbalimbali RADIO1 STEREO

This is worrying especially if they can now train withing the country. Anyone with more  information about this? Is it true?
