Neno sahihi ni aghalabu ambalo neno lenye maana sawa kwa kiingereza ni "often."

Haya maneno mawili yana maana moja ama ni tofauti? They confuse me a lot. Which one of them is correct? I always use Aghalabu but I read somewhere where they used Aghlabu so I'm not sure if they mean the same thing.
