Hello friends
"people want to be led more than leaders want to lead."

People don't want the old authoritarian leadership style. Nor do they want some clever new management technique. Instead, they want leaders they can trust, believe in, feel good about, have integrity and who value people's unique talents and contributions.

They want leaders who will create an environment that nurtures excellence, risk taking, and creativity. They reject intimidation or manipulation, but they yearn for inspiration.

Leaders need followers, leaders don't want docile, do-as-I-say type of bosses.

Instead they want people who can think on their feet, take responsibility for their results, and faithfully with great passion journey with the leader on the leader's goals and the follower's goals combined!

The fact is that leaders need followers and followers need leaders and they need to work together.

And so follow this simple formula and know that people really want to be led, but they want to be led by people they really feel good about.

Do this and you will be living your very best life.
