Those are the commanders in chief of armed forces in Africa. Africa can be be recolonised without problem.
Head of states are fighting ICC in their sleep & dreams. I do not blame those who claim that sleeping sickness was first discovered in Africa. How do they explain this lazyness?. There is very little time difference between Harrare and Addis Ababa . In new York the time difference is large, so they can sleep in UN head conference room as they do wish.

African heads together - what were their objectives and the resolutions thereto ;- That ICC must leave Kenya for focus has been on Africa only!
I wonder whether the AU heads had a word on the Riparian states and the use of the Nile waters!
Egypt has in the recent past been beating drums of war and i am yet to know what the AU have in store!

Courtesy of the colonial treaties,Egypt is entitled to over 85% volume water use from the Nile River.Ethiopia has embarked on a dam building for power supply to her industries and export to neighboring countries but Egypt makes no sense of that. What is Africa saying about it!
