[wanabidii] Re: [africa-oped] RAILA ODINGA may be nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize (In DC next week) – WHITE HOUSE sources

Ndugu Cyprian.
Lisemwalo lipo, kama halipo linakuja. The grace of the Lord is upon those who are humiliated falsely and when they humble themselves, God, who is not a respecter of persons will exalt them. This are words in the Holy Bible for those who share my Christian faith.

Maina Ndiritu,

You must be a very bitter and unforgiving person. Why is that the case Bro?

THIS IS A LOAD OF CRAP

Friday June 14, 2013 - Former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga's chance of
scooping the Nobel Peace Prize is gaining momentum, after US President
Barrack Obama sent him a congratulatory message thanking him for
accepting the verdict of the Supreme Court that upheld the election of
President Uhuru Kenyatta as Kenya's fourth president.

In the letter which was delivered by the US ambassador to Kenya Robert
Godec , Obama hailed praises to Raila Odinga and also thanked him for
being invited to America's prestigious global think tank - the Woodrow
Wilson Centre in Washington DC.

"Through your words and your actions, you affirmed the importance of
the rule of law and constitutional order and helped ensure a better
future for Kenyans," Obama told Raila in the letter.

Raila, who is regarded as the father of democracy in Kenya, is
expected to leave the country next week to Washington DC where he will
deliver a key note speech on "Africa's next 50 years" at Woodrow
Wilson Centre in Washington DC.

Only highly respected individuals with high influence in their
countries are admitted for a fellowship at the Woodrow Wilson Centre.

Currently former Trade Minister and UNTACD Secretary General, Dr
Mukhisa Kituyi, is serving his fellowship at the Centre.

Unconfirmed sources from White House said President Barrack Obama has
proposed Raila Odinga to be conferred the Nobel Prize for peace for
the year 2013.

Why should we not all live in peace and harmony ? we look up the same stars
, we are fellow passengers on the same planet and dwell beneath the same
sky , what matters it along which road each individual endeavours to reach
the ultimate truth ? the riddle of existence is too great that there should
be only one road leading us to an answer
