Rais Kikwete hakuongea ile statement sirini au kifichoni, bali aliongea mbele ya Marais 11 wa Africa na Kagame akiwepo ndani ya kikao. Swali why Kagame hakuonyesha kutoridhika ndani ya kikao humohumo?? Badala yake akaenda kuongea na waziri wake wa mambo ya nje na kuanza kutoa statements za kuuzi??
Always good point out of the meeting they don't count. Kwangu Uungwana na ukomavu ni pamoja na kusimamia kiume na kutetea unachokiamini mbele ya wenzako, na sio kuongea nje ya vikao mahususi. Hii pia inatia shaka future ya EAC.
