We have changed jamani in Africa; those were the Presidents during the 1970s, and 80s we are getting better Presidents in this era.

They still rig elections but at least we know they have rigged; 20 years ago, we didn't even know.

ICT is helping us as well as the power of mobile phones.SMS, BBM, whatsup, e-mail,pictures all are the tool to catch those cheating on elections.

For instance, I am now writing to you from a rural Shinyanga, but see, I can communicate easily. Those who are dishonesty will be caught by the technology and the awareness of people is now high. Literate or illiterate.
