[wanabidii] Twisted Minds: CORD PRESIDENT OBAMA IS VERY CORRUPT - TAX EXEMPTED BROTHER!

Faiza,

Thanks to your comment.  However, to play good and be fair to each other is our basic
concern irrespective of who is who.  We all must exist in a conducive environment without
unfairly targeting or doing evil to others with an aim to intimidate or do harm in any way.

We all must learn to treat politics like sports by being partisan and allow progressive agenda
to move economic development and social interaction be our goal where all must have opportunity
to engage in diversity and tap from Government system deliverable resources without being
bias or undercurrent schemes or discrimination. This will lead us to a happy union of co-existance.

Watch this and hear what the President have to say..........then you will know, there is no one like
President Obama who understands and knows very well how people are hateful of him BUT still
strives to impress and bring his enemies closer to join in non-partisanism to serve the people.  It
is because he is of Wisdom and know too well; however difficult, as a leader he must direct all
people irrespectively towards performing and doing good and that, it is not about self but collective,
that it is not about divide and rule but unite.  It is because he knows Unity Is Strength......He cannot
affort to be trivial........He is a Gift from God to us.......he is our role model........If only the difficult
will have a change of heart, what a wonderful world this will be.....!!!

Faiza, we all must Pray for change of hearts and mind so we can begin to break barriers of greed,
selfishness and hate and care and share for mutual unity of purpose......and where all play by the
same set of rules guided by the principles of peoples mandated Democratic rights.........

America is the only Immigrant Country where all people from the whole wide world live together as
ONE and therefore, unity in diversity is our fundamental basic requirement to continue to make this
wonderful Country the Most Powerful Nation of the World......There is no doubt about this........
and there is no short-cut...............

Warsama has no choice but to have a change heart and be good........

Cheers !!!

Obama Has 'No Patience' for IRS' Targeting Conservatives

President Barack Obama and British Prime Minister David Cameron speak during a press conference at the White House in Washington, May 13, 2013.
May 13, 2013
President Obama said today he has "no patience" for reports that the Internal Revenue Service singled out conservative groups for additional scrutiny, promising accountability if allegations of political motivations at the agency turn out to be true.
"So we'll wait and see what exactly all the details and the facts are," Obama said at a news conference. "But I've got no patience with it. I will not tolerate it. And we'll make sure that we find out exactly what happened on this."
But trouble appears to be brewing for the Obama administration as allegations emerge that the IRS engaged in wide-spread targeting of conservative groups for several years, in many cases delaying the groups' applications for tax-exempt status.
"People have to be confident that they are ... applying the laws in a nonpartisan way," Obama said today.
Since as early as 2010, IRS officials have selected organizations whose names or mission statements suggested an affiliation with conservative or tea party causes, singling them out for additional scrutiny, according to excerpts of a forthcoming Inspector General report on the practice.
The new allegations suggest that problems at the IRS might have gone on far longer than the organization first admitted Friday. And the practice appears to have been more widespread than was initially admitted.
The IRS official responsible for the unit that scrutinizes applications for tax-exempt status, Lois Lerner, apologized Friday for inappropriately targeting groups with "Tea Party" or "patriot" in their names.
"They didn't do it because of any political bias," Lerner said Friday. "It was an error in judgment and it wasn't appropriate but that's what they did."

Ahead of a Congressional hearing scheduled in the House Ways and Means committee on Friday to probe the practice, the IRS now says that the department's acting commissioner Steven Miller first learned that the agency was targeting Tea Party groups in May 2012.
Miller at the time served as the deputy commissioner for services and enforcement which oversaw the unit that deals with tax exempt organizations.
New reports showing the targeting may not have been limited to groups associated with those two phrases, conservative groups responded with fury.
"This ominous stifling of free speech can never happen again in America, and there needs to be a full accounting of who knew what, when did they know it, and who is responsible," said FreedomWorks President Matt Kibbe in a statement on Monday. "The IRS used its power to discourage and intimidate Americans from speaking out against bad policies, stifling the First Amendment right of every citizen to hold government accountable. This is the stuff of Third World Juntas, not the greatest Constitutional Republic in human history."
The IRS said the practice was not politically motivated, but was rather an effort by "front line" officials to deal with an influx of new applications for tax-exempt status that needed additional attention in order to comply with the law.
Several lawmakers of both parties are now calling for investigations into the practice.
And others, including Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., and Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., have called for officials to resign for their role in the scandal.
"The actions of the IRS are unacceptable and un-American. Government agencies using their bureaucratic muscle to target Americans for their political beliefs cannot be tolerated," Manchin said in a statement.
"The president must immediately condemn this attack on our values, find those individuals in his administration who are responsible and fire them."
And Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) went even further, telling the National Review that he believes that the blame for the IRS's missteps fall on Obama's door.
"They all take their cues from the tone expressed by the president, and he's made it clear that this administration is perfectly willing to crack down on critics," McConnell said. "This is a lot bigger than just one person. This a whole effort by the administration, across the board, to squelch their opponents, to shut them up, and, finally, they've done it in a way that will allow us to call attention to it nationwide."
The top Democrat in the Senate on tax issues, Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee Sen. Max Baucus, D-Mont., warned the IRS that it should be prepared for a full investigation from the committee.
"We need to get to the bottom of what happened here. I want to see all the facts. We need to know who knew what, and exactly what mistakes were made," Baucus said in a statement. "I want to review the Inspector General's report first, but the IRS should be prepared for a full investigation into this matter by the Senate Finance Committee. The IRS will now be the ones put under additional scrutiny."
Baucus says the actions by the IRS were an "intolerable" and "outrageous abuse of power and a breach of the public's trust."

IRS Has Long History of Political Dirty Tricks
By ALAN FARNHAM
May 15, 2013
If you think the IRS's targeting of Americans for their political views is something new, think again.
Historians, tax lawyers, civil libertarians and past victims of abuse say the practice goes back to the Nixon, Johnson, Kennedy and FDR adminstrations, all of which reportedly used the agency as a weapon against political enemies.
"We need to be careful, here," cautions David Schuyler, professor of American Studies at Franklin & Marshall and editor of the book "Power to Destroy: The Political Uses of the IRS from Kennedy to Nixon," written by his now-deceased fellow Franklin & Marshall professor, John Andrew.
"Nobody has shown that Obama had anything to do with this. We do not know if that's true or not. That's one of the mysteries that undoubtedly will come to light," he told ABC News.
The current controversy involves IRS employees targeting Tea Party and other conservative groups for audits and scrutiny. The agency has maintained that low-level employees took it upon themselves to do this. An internal report by the agency's Inspector General cited "ineffective management" as the cause.

If, however, it were to be established some link existed between the Obama administration and what Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell has referred to as the IRS's "thuggish abuse of power," it wouldn't be the worst—only the most recent—example of an administration using the tax service to engage in what Nixon's enemies branded "dirty tricks."
Andrew's book, says Schuyler, "documents that Kennedy, Johnson and Nixon were complicit, to varying degrees, in using the IRS for political purposes. And it didn't end there. John had enough material to take it up through the 1970s and '80s. That's all in our college archives."
During the Clinton administration, Paula Jones, who had filed a sexual-harassment suit against President Clinton, alleged she was being audited by the IRS because of it.
Targets of the IRS during the Kennedy administration, according to Andrew and Schuyler, included such groups as the conservative John Birch Society. Former editor of the Washington Post Ben Bradlee in his 1976 book "Conversations With Kennedy," wrote that Kennedy had shared with him confidential information from the tax returns of rich conservatives H.L. Hunt and J. Paul Getty.
The 1974 Senate Watergate Report confirmed that the Nixon administration and sought to use the IRS to make life miserable for a wide spectrum of political enemies including Senators George McGovern, Hubert Humphrey and Edmund Muskie.
Whistleblower John Dean produced memos confirming that the Nixon administration had even considered using the IRS to go after such small game as the producer of "Millhouse: A White Comedy," a satiric film making fun of Nixon.
Travis Watkins, an attorney with offices in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Okla., who specializes in tax resolution cases said: "In other words, fighting with the IRS." He represents individuals and businesses at odds with the IRS and subject to its audits and investigations.
Watkins tells ABC News it takes very little for a citizen to earn the Service's political enmity. He cites the case of two clients—"African-American pastors targeted for being outspoken conservative folks." For reasons best known to them, the pastors sent to the IRS "informational DVDs" they had made that were critical of the administration and of the IRS. The DVDs, he says, were "essentially about black America, and how the IRS is part of an evil regime."
His clients, in return, received audits.
A lot of pain can be inflicted, he points out, under the guise of auditing. The IRS demands in-person meetings; it subjects the persons being audited to "a paperwork blizzard." Once an audit starts, he says, the IRS wants to look into "all kinds of things," not just income and deductions.
"Currently," Watkins says, referring the today's evolving IRS scandal, "people are shocked and talking about their loss of confidence. But is has always been this way. The IRS has a storied history of being bulldogs.

"It has a history of blaming low-level employees for these intrusive behaviors. But with Nixon and FDR, it was clearly direction from the top: FDR used it to look into Huey Long; he used it to look back into the Hoover administration."
Various laws prohibit the IRS and other government agencies from singling out a group for special scrutiny because of its politics, according to the Legal Information Institute of Cornell Law School. That would violate, for example, the Hatch Act, which prohibits civil servants from engaging in partisan political activity during the performance of their jobs and 18 USC Section 241, which makes it unlawful for two or more persons to agree together to intimidate a person in the free exercise of any right secured to him/her by the Constitution or the laws of the United States.

Boehner on IRS Scandal: 'Who's Going to Jail'?
House speaker says someone at the IRS "made a conscious decision to harass" conservative groups.

Transcript for Boehner on IRS Scandal: 'Who's Going to Jail'?

The fast developing IRS scandal is now being investigated by three congressional committees. And the US Justice Department. The FBI is coordinating with the Justice Department to see if any laws were broken I think -- everyone can agree if not criminal.
They -- certainly outrageous and unacceptable. FBI agents might soon be showing up -- IRS offices in Cincinnati California and Washington DC. And they could subpoena IRS agents telephone records and emails.
That's going to change I think probably he dated a working of a lot of people the IRS. Authorities are probing whether IRS agents violated the civil rights of Tea Party and other conservative groups when their applications for tax exempt status received extra scrutiny a new agency watchdog report. Blames ineffective management at the highest levels of the IRS saying agents work.
Overly aggressive and asked for irrelevant and unnecessary information. The scandal has sparked outrage on Capitol Hill my question isn't. About who's gonna resign.
My question is who's going to jail and across the country. For them to target and profile organizations and individuals based on ideology. Should scare everyone.
After reading the inspector general's report -- -- Obama called the IRS actions intolerable. And inexcusable. The IRS acknowledges that some of its actions were inappropriate
