It is condemned and will never be accepted by right thinking people who look to greener pasture in harmony under favorable and conducive environment. SACCO Society is a cooperative public NGO welfare venture by a group of people who agree to undertake their group money collection and saving on a non profit making endeavour and provide management of the same with high level of community trust. It is only fair that Oto must come clean and provide to public information in a transparent manner.....If he is engaging public venture, it is the law. Also, information such as this will provide a wake up call for those who must BEWARE of (Kimisho Community Development Network) i.e. Kimisho is Kisumu, Migori, Siaya and Homabay to demand authenticity of the same.........Any public venture must be screened by public.... there are regulatory measures that go with the protecting of public interests. Consequently, "to be above 18 years does not give one right to lose, be stolen from or swindled through dubious undercutting means". We want peace and unity for common good of all.....but we shall never let our people suffer or stolen from in the hands of wicked and crooked minded who do not care about others loses and suffering. We must learn to build trust and favorable environment for sharing in the benefit of all. In my understanding, Lee is making a very valid and careful gentleman approach..... which now seems like is falling under thick skin of stone walls......which is why drivers of such twisting seems to inject technical language to suppress and open a wide bath to justify evil which shall never see the sunshine in this Reform Age. Wake up people and see EVIL for what it is......we can do better by uniting for better cause and to defeat evil from making inroads to steal from unsuspecting victims.......It is simply wrong...... People dont want to lose their money to conmen, and it is not right to con people......it is evil...... Lee is right and is within acceptable legal framework to Caution and DEMAND for information and transparency on any public outfit......... You cannot just dismiss that they go to court before they get their facts together........
