[wanabidii] Security: Weapons disguised as Sugar/Charcoal!

Some scenarios in kenya are more of ndaramas and vindeos combined. Reports have it that police officers in Garissa have been sent home with others facing transfers! What we have not been told is Who is importing sugar and charcoal from Somalia through Garissa only to find weapons inside?

Carrying afew sacks of charcoal from Bomet or Mtito Andei is almost impossible !

In the western belt (Nyanza + Western province),we have sugar plantation that farmers take long to be paid so that they can in return pay workers - is it that mumias and awendo sugar factories among others cant feed us with enough sugar!

Is it that all tree have been cleared that we cant burn charcoal or the forestry/environment ministry is vigilant enough to allow loggers in our forestry! Surely we cant import everything - and grow an economy that ;-

1. Supplies laptops to class 1 kids.
2. Facilitate free maternity services for mothers.
3. Create jobs for youths
4. Builds infrastructure
5. Na kadhalika,na kadhalika!

Our security team should take individual and collective responsibility - there is more than meets the eye!
