Conclusions

While the only fraudulent acts that we directly observed were the issuances of multiple presidential ballots in a few polling stations, the overwhelming evidence of the many ways that fraud could have happened leads to the conclusion that fraud on a larger scale did occur. It is regrettable that the Supreme Court proceedings did not delve further into evidence of extensive fraud. Much analysis remains to be done to uncover what did or did not happen in this election.
We strongly recommend that the IEBC and an external party undertake thorough audits of voting and tallying procedures.  The 2010 Bill of Rights guarantees Kenyans the right to"free, fair and regular elections".  That right was not protected in the election of March 4, 2013. The IEBC bears the responsibility for ensuring that Kenyans can exercise that right. It is critical to the future of democracy in Kenya that reliable electoral systems be established for subsequent elections.

Walai porojo hii ni kali sana!

Now that the plot has been unmasked or peeled, man Giddy may not replace Samoei. But if that is the case, then we are likely not to count hii sirikali kwa siku 100!

Na je,Moi hana haki ya kukutana na wakenya wenzake na hasa Rais Mteule bila kwangalia kando ya shingo,AU  anafaa kuomba ruhusa kwa Samoei!

Well, mambo bado - tutaanza na MAWIZARA

In case you missed the report on fridays newspapers. Uhuru paid a visit to Moi without informing his running mate Willian Ruto. This has created speculation that plans are being made to replace Ruto as number two by Gideon Moi. This is what Moi promised to tell Kenyans after elections. Soon ITINA will be transformed back to Kanu, the main reason ITINA adapted KANU colors for their party. Ruto is a very unhappy man today. He is contemplating his moves at this time he may end up in the opposition teaming up with CORD to impeach Uhuru.

Subject: [PK] ANOTHER 36 HOURS, RAILA OUT OF GOVERNMENT !!!
HOW very appropriate yesterday night's TV headline: SIRIKARI OUT OF AFRICA CUP !
It referred to Gor Mahia Soccer Team which drew 0-0 with ENPPI of Egypt in the return leg in Nairobi.
Sirikari meaning Government is an arbitrary name Gor Mahia took to mark Raila Odinga's becoming PM in the Half-Loaf Government with President Kibaki.
In exactly 36 hours from moment of writing, Raila will no longer be in Sirikari.
And since his Retirement Benefits including VIP Lounge access at all airports will have to wait till President Kenyatta takes office, I am looking forward to seeing the Raila Trio passing through the ordinary travellers' exit at JIKIA when they return from consulting the saangoma in RSA.
