From August 1 to 3, 2012, around 60 preeminent development practitioners and thought leaders from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors convened for the ninth annual Brookings Blum Roundtable in Aspen, Colorado. Participants from around the globe exchanged ideas and solutions for promoting technology and innovation for global development. This report highlights ten issues raised at the roundtable where either particular proposals were advanced and debated, or new perspectives and analysis were shared. In each case, the authors summarize the Roundtable discussion or explore the issues raised.
