Ninachangia kusema CV nzuri si tija, tija uwezo wa mtu aombapo kazi. 
Nimewahi kuwa ktk interview kama 2 hivi ambapo wahojiwa walitakiwa kujieleza na kuelezea kitu walichoulizwa. Katika kumi, mmoja tu ndio alikuwa nafuu tena ili asikosekane mtu maana ilitangazwa mara 2. lakini unakuja kupata tatizo humjui mtu tabia yake na umeshamwajiri. Referee wake watamsifia kumbe kikazi ni mtu mbinafsi, mchoyo na tabia nyingine za ajabu.  Nyingine mtu ana vyeti safi vya kuwa secretary wa ofisi. Ana vyeti vya kumpyuta unavyovitaka au anajua hata statistics, kuchora michoro ya aina aina pia kutumia mashine hiyo. Unamwambia okay-kimojawapo washa mashine hiyo hapo, ingiza data hii ktk Excel sheet halafu nichoree histograms. anatetemeka jasho linamtoka, kuwasha mashine hovyo lakini vyeti anavyo. Unajiuliza-alivipataje vyeti vya A, A, B+ etc hapa anatetema mwisho unamuondoa asije akakuharibia mashine yako.

Bado inauma unapokuta wageni ndio wanashinda interview au wanaajiriwa kazi za mahoteli ya kitalii, mahoteli makubwa, kazi ulinzi na kazi za upishi majumba ya wageni waliopo nchini. Ukikaa hapo na kutazama kinachoendelea unaona kabisa tuna matatizo. tabia ya kujijali mwenyewe sio kujali kazi. Foleni ipo kubwa mtu masaa yote anaongea na mobile phone (ndio maana sasa zinakatazwa maofisini); mwingine sala 5 kutwa anakwenda kusali; bado mlokole anaondoka mapema kwenda mkesha kesho anasinzia kazini anajificha kulala ktk kona za ofisi. Bado huyo wa kuondoka ondoka jirani kafiwa kuna masiba, kuna send-off etc.

Mnapanga foleni kwenye LUKU mnunue umeme anaiona ndefu-yeye anafanya data entry. hana mteja kwanza. Mnakaa kinyonge mnaogopa kufoka asije akasema 'Mtandao hakuna' ukapata usubufu. Ni muda wa lunch saa 7 hadi 8 unakwenda bank muda huo ili usitoroke kazini saa za kazi. Unafika hiyo bank ya TZ NMB au NBC-madirisha 2 mingine number 3-7 yamefungwa-wamekwenda lunch. Foleni kubwa, una shida. tatizo-hatuoni kuwa muda huo ni peak hour budi madirisha yakae wazi kutoa huduma. Kwa nini wasiletewe lunch box, wasiagize wenyewe au wale saa 6 au 9 hiyo 7&8 wawepo? Manager haoni na hakemei maana katanguliza urafiki na udugu na mazoea binafsi na hao watumishi wachini ndio maana hawezi kukemea!! Ajira mashirika ya kigeni tutakosa daima hata kama ujuzi tunao maana tuan uswahili ktk utendaji.

Wapo wenye tamaa na kuibia wateja ktk hoteli au kuunganisha ujambazi ukafanyika; wezi wa vyakula kama wapishi na kuwauzia wateja makombo ili hela achukue yeye. Umeagiza wali nyama na mboga-wali unaoletwa ndani una maharage na rangi nyingine. kachukua mabaki kaleta kaweka vinyama na mboga mabaki ili asichukue chakula kufuatia mfumo maana atatakiwa apeleke pesa. Yeye anaganga njaa kuuza mabaki kisiri achukue yeye pesa. Watu wanahama biashara na ajira mwenye mali anaangalia na kuleta wageni ambao wanafanya vizuri kuganga njaa. hana send-in wala out ya wiki mara 2 wala hana sala kila baada ya masaa machache.

Hivyo, pamoja na kutokuzingatia uombaji kazi kwa baadhi, hata wale watakaozingatia bado una uhakika wa uwezo wao na uzingtiaji maadili ya kazi. Utendaji kazi wetu duni tutaishia kupata mikataba ya muda mfupi kama hatujirekebishi. Kushaurika wagumu ila lawama tu.

Kujituma na kuweka uaminifu bado tatizo. Ukweli ni tatizo gumu kwetu kuukubali. Twapenda rahisi rahisi hata hiyo kupiga simu badala ya kusoma tangazo kwa undani-anaona tabu anataka wewe umsomee.

Hata kama mwalimu/waalimu ni wazuri anampa mwanafunzi kazi za kujituma-anatumia mtandao kudesha copy and paste anaona shida kusoma kimantiki.

Tufanye kama nchi nyingine kuifanya elimu iwe ya kumfanya mtu ajitume na kutumia akili sio kukariri. USA ni nchi moja wapo ambayo ina mfumo wa mtu kuhoji na kutumia akili yake kujibu. Mfumo wa uingereza umetuweka katika kukariri malkia kasema nini.Tuige kwa wenzetu mfumo uwe ushindani kuichakachua akili ifanyekazi.Ttusipende rahisi rahisi.

Ninashukuru sana kwa email yako na itasaidia vijana wengi kama watatafuta muda wa kusoma kwani wengi wao hawana muda huo.  Sababu kubwa ni kuwa awakutayarishwa ksoma na kote walikopitia tangu darasa la kwanza mpaka chuo kikuu hawajawa na hamasa ya kusoma na kujua ila wanachokitafuta na maksi na cheti tu basi. Na zaidi ya hapo wamekata tamaa na wanatafuta wa kumlaumu kwa matatizo yao badala ya kupambana nayo.  Bahati mbaya sana na waalimu wenyewe wako pale kutafuta maslahi yao kama ni chuo ni research, consultancy na project management zinazolipa na hawana muda wa kufundisha wala kuhakikisha vijana wao wanasoma.

Hayo ni matatizo ya msingi tunayopata na ttunatakiwa kuyaelewa ili tujipange binafsi na kwa pamoja tubadilike kwani mwisho wa siku ni hawa vijana wanapata shida ya kujiajiri wala kuajiriwa.  Ninakuhakikishia nitashangaa kama nitapata comments zaidi ya moja ya kukubali nilichosema au kukataa ili tujifunze.  Habari ndio hiyo na ndio maanayake.
