I took his not knowing about the BBC reporter (Jane Standley) stating Building 7 had collapsed with the building standing behind her the equivalent of Don Rumsfeld staying "what?" when he was asked about building 7 because he did not know what it was. I would guess Bush, Cheney, Rice etc.. never read any of the reports produced about the 9/11 or Anthrax attacks that took place on their watch.
