[wanabidii] Re: [uchunguzionline] Re: Selective Justice in Kenya - Gumo should be cooling his heels behind the bars

All leaders and Vips including prominent businessman who roam and boast about with expensive new models whose origin is suspect should be investigated.

This comes to light the numbers of vehicles that are disappearing and or stolen from within the country and outside the country that find their way here to be either sold or given as gifts to the so called.

The best institution to carry out this investigations are KRA the department of RTD which has all records of the log books of who is who in kenya.

For your information you would be shocked to hear that who is who apart from Gumo own such vehicles.

I agree with all your points and sentiments. The man needs to be brought down soonest.

Stealing from the Prezzy himself!! Gosh ! That is not a small matter. If one can do that in broad daylight.....what else is one capable of?
We must find out how sticky Fred's fingers are.....the Lord knows what else he's gotten away with!

There's the matter of the Golden Jogoo that went missing from Moi's house too....

And Fred wants all monkeys killed just because he found one stealing his home-made lunch ?????

Subject: Selective Justice in Kenya - Gumo should be cooling his heels behind the bars

Hello ,

The law in Kenya is very clear - Handling stolen property is a criminal offence.

Whatever explanation Gumo is giving, what would happen if it was an ordinary Kenyan citizen...and add to that Moi's car stolen?

I shudder to imagine!!...By now, the ordinary mortal would have had the wrath of The Flying Squad na amefinywa sehemu nyeti ili aseme yote!!

Whatever the case, being a Minister, he should step aside or resign altogether to pave way for investigations and conclusion of the case.

The ODM noise-makers on the Forum are hypocrites..observing studious silence on this matter!!

What if Gumo belonged to URP, UDF or PNU ? The well know loud-mouths would be ranting all over with all manner of comments!!!

How can we trust RAO to be a reformist when he can't comment on such a serious matter?

Theft is theft and a criminal offence that demands immediate arrest and prosecution.

This selective application of justice in Kenya is sad...On a second thought, we should really push out all the old guards and get some fresh blood.

My 2 Cents
