Good job OTO,

The problem with such filth around waterways is that should an
epidemic start, it can really ravage a community very quickly. Someone
has to take ownership of the problem if the residents wont. Shouldn't
the city council be picking up the garbage? What do people pay the
Rates for in Nairobi? what has the Provincial Administration and
Local Govt doing to let the condition get that far? Mtume !!!
