Matinyi, you could still argue well as you have done without referring
to Malawian historian Simbarashe Mungoshi as "crooked professor." I am
impressed by the efforts you make to present your points simply and
clearly but I'm afraid I'm often put off by the use derogatory
remarks.

The argument of the historian makes a lot of sense for that's what the
1982 treaty says, according to me. However, to be more enlightened
I'll read Sumner, B. T. Territorial disputes at the International
Court of Justice, Duke Law Journal, 2004, Vol. 53, pp 1779-1811, as
you've advised.
