Guys, I think this is a valid and genuine observation!   Huyu "dogo" katolewa kafara!! Haiwezikani a mere Police Constable, amlipue mtu bila instructions za wakubwa! Halafu uzuri ni kwamba RPC alikuwepo aki supervise huo unyama!!!!!!!!!!! Sasa iweje "dogo" apelekwe mahakamani peke yake???
