[wanabidii] World Mosquito Day 20th August

Today is World Mosquito Day on This day is marked every year on 20th
August. At first came into being in 1897 when British doctor Sir
Ronald Ross made the historic link that female mosquitoes transmit
malaria between humans.

The Day was then dedicated to remember greatlty dicovery of Dr Ross
and enhance initiatives to Stop MALARIA and fight mosquito. the day
has been marked on 20th August as the British Doctor Ronald Ross who
first made the discovery that mosquitoes transmit malaria on 20 August
1897.

The day bring more initiatives on campaign on malaria no more in
Africa is a genuine possibility.

Statistics quoted in A Guide to World Mosquito Day are from 2010 and
some have now changed.
