Re: [wanabidii] Kula nyama ya nguruwe unaweza kupata kifafa

Enzi za baba wa taifa tulikuwa na vitabu vidogo vidogo vilivyokuwa
vinaitwa Mtu ni Afya ndani ya vitabu hivyo kulikuwa na maelezo mafupi
mafupi kuhusu namna ya kujikinga na maradhi mbalimbali hasa kwa
kuzingatia usafi wa mwili na vyakula. Namna ya kutengeneza vyoo (pit
latrines) pamoja na kuvitumia, namna ya kusafisha vyakula nk. Wakati
huo hapakuwepo na hatari kubwa ya maambukizi ya magonjwa yatokanayo na
uzembe wa kutozingatia usafi, leo nchi imekuwa na uchafu (pollution)
mkubwa kuliko wakati huo. Imeongezeka mifuko ya plastic na vyombo
vingi vya plastic, vyuma chakavu, makopo ya vyakula na vivyaji, magari
mengi makukuukuu (second hand) yanayotoa moshi hatari nk, kutiririsha
maji machafu maeneo ya makazi (viwanda na watu binafsi). Wakati vyanzo
vya uchafuzi vikiongezeka, utoaji wa elimu ya afya pamoja na utunzaji
mazingira unazidi kudhoofika siku hadi siku.

Vyombo kama redio na magazeti viilivyokuwa vikitumika kufanya kampeini
za usafi na mtu ni afya siku hizi muda mwingi vinatumika kukisifia
chama fulani au kiongozi fulani yaani vinatumika kisiasa zaidi badala
ya kutumika kielimu. Siku hizi tunazo tv stations nyingi tu lakini ni
watanzania wangapi wanazitumia? Pia je muda wanaotangaza programu za
afya na mazingira ni muafaka kwa watu wengi? Lazima tukubali kwamba
kuna mahala tulibugi step tukatoka kwenye mstari sasa turudi na kuwapa
elimu sahihi watoto wa nchi hii. Hivi wazungu wana nini waweze na sisi
tushindwe? kweli tunahitaji miaka mingi sana kama waliyoipitia wazungu
kuelekea kwenye ustaarabu? Katika dunia ambayo leo hii imekuwa kama
kijiji kimoja?

Viongozi wetu kila siku tunawasikia mumekwenda ulaya, marekani na
kwingineko, munapokwenda huko ni mambo gani mazuri munayoyachota ya
kutuletea maisha bora? Huwezi kuwa na maisha bora kama watanzania
wengi bado hawajui kula chakula kilicho safi na bora kwa afya zao.

wote tunaochangia hapa na kutumia mtandao huu basi tuwe chachu ya
kuleta mabadiliko katika mambo ya usafi na mtu ni afya kwa kuhakikisha
mitaala ya nchi yetu inaingiza mambo hayo kwa kiwangop kinachotakiwa
na pia vyombo vyetu vya habari kujikita kutoa elimu hiyo kwa kila
mtanzania. Nchi itaangamia kwa magonjwa ya kipumbavu, kupoteza nguvu
kazi na fedha nyingi kutibu watu vifafa na magonjwa mengine mengi
yatokanayo na uchafuzi wa mazingira pamoja na kutozingatia kanuni za
usafi wa mwili na vyakula
